At Imitation Jewellery Hub, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide high-quality imitation jewellery across Pakistan. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is unused and in its original condition
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice are included

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings (unless damaged or incorrect)
  • Used or worn jewellery
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale or discounted products

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos/video of the item
    • Packaging images

After verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement product, or
  • Full refund (if replacement is unavailable)

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are sent via:
    • Bank transfer
    • JazzCash
    • EasyPaisa
    • Original payment method (if applicable)

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective items
  • Wrong size/design sent
  • Damaged products during delivery

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days after delivery.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
